The rail mounted GPS. The wire enters the cabin top 3 3/4" from the edge of the cabin top, 

1 3/4" from the center of the hand rail, and 5" back from the center of the hand rail end round. 

A small hole was drilled and a nice rubber grommet was added around the wire to cap off the hole.
