     Arthur L. Walser was born on 17 September 1898 at Saginaw, Saginaw, Michigan, USA.1 He married Ferne Johnson on 16 August 1922 at Bay City, Bay, Michigan.1 Arthur L. Walser died on 26 April 1980 at Owosso Memorial Hospital, Owosso, Shiawassee, Michigan, at age 81.1 He was buried on 30 April 1980 at Wildwood Cemetery, Chesaning, Saginaw, Michigan.1
